Romans 10:11-13
The scripture says, “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all and is generous to all who call on him. 13 For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Trust God with all you have, finances, health, relationships, etc. what ever it may be. Call on the Lord for direction over it all and salvation will be yours. I know that this is difficult to do. Especially, when we have others to depend on us, e.g. spouses, children, and in some cases parents and you think that by your own hands all you touch will be sustained.
I encourage each of you to call on the Lord. It is never by our own might that we are successful. Now we often think that because we are the only physical thing that carries out the action, we dictated the outcome. Rest assured that if it was not for the hand of God we would have never conceived the thought that was the catalyst, let along would you or I had the ability to get up and walk through the steps to reach the goals that God has laid before us.
I say all of this today to once again encourage the belief in God. Not only that but, that we call on his name in time of need and in time of triumph. I pray this morning that we who are called by His name and those that are searching for one to believe in turn over all our cares to The Lord. We know that he will deliver us from all our cares and our fears and bring us into his righteousness. Just as we also know God you are the giver of all perfect gifts and we thank you for how you keep us every day. In name of Jesus, amen.
I love you as I love Christ.
